Son nom est connu dans le monde entier, notamment pour avoir formalis\u00e9 le processus du deuil et l\u2019avoir compar\u00e9 aux processus du changement : <span style=\"color: #012a7a;\"><strong>une \u00e9quipe, une organisation qui change, vit un processus de deuil avec tout ce que cela comporte de s\u00e9paration, de douleur, de difficult\u00e9s avant d&rsquo;en retrouver un autre <\/strong><\/span>( cf \u00ab\u00a0processus de transition\u00a0\u00bb) &#8211;<\/p>\n<p>La courbe du changement ou courbe du deuil d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e par Elisabeth K\u00fcbler-Ross est un outil pr\u00e9cieux lorsqu\u2019on accompagne un changement d\u2019organisation dans une entreprise.<\/p>\n<p>Cette courbe va nous permettre de nous situer et de comprendre ce qui se joue chez les individus que l\u2019on accompagne.<\/p>\n<p>Elle nous permet de sortir de la culpabilit\u00e9 et d\u2019accepter ces diff\u00e9rentes \u00e9tapes \u00e9motionnelles possibles afin d\u2019aider les \u00e9quipes et les personnes \u00e0 mieux g\u00e9rer les transitions et \u00e0 anticiper les r\u00e9actions \u00e9motionnelles qui peuvent survenir.<\/p>\n<p>Il est important de noter que tout le monde ne traverse pas ces \u00e9tapes de mani\u00e8re lin\u00e9aire ou dans cet ordre sp\u00e9cifique. Les r\u00e9actions au changement peuvent varier consid\u00e9rablement d\u2019une personne \u00e0 l\u2019autre en fonction de nombreux facteurs tels que la personnalit\u00e9, la culture, les croyances et les exp\u00e9riences ant\u00e9rieures.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">On distingue 2 phases importantes<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #012a7a;\">D\u2019abord une <strong>phase descendante<\/strong> qui s\u2019accompagne d\u2019une <strong>attitude n\u00e9gative et contre-productive, tourn\u00e9e vers le pass\u00e9 et le refus. Phase de d\u00e9sapprentissage.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #012a7a;\">Ensuite une phase <strong>ascendante o\u00f9 l\u2019attitude est productive et tourn\u00e9e vers le futur et le positif. Il \u00e9vite \u00e0 celui qui s\u2019y accroche, de commencer son travail de deuil.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nous enclenchons un m\u00e9canisme de d\u00e9fense et de rejet pour prot\u00e9ger notre psychisme d&rsquo;une \u00e9motion trop violente. C&rsquo;est ainsi que nous refusons le fait <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">d&rsquo;avoir perdu un emploi, un collaborateur, un amour etc&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La douleur g\u00e9n\u00e8re la mise en place de ce \u00ab\u00a0mur de protection\u00a0\u00bb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le d\u00e9ni n&rsquo;est donc pas un dysfonctionnement : c&rsquo;est au contraire, le signe que les m\u00e9canismes fondamentaux fonctionnent.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La phase de d\u00e9ni peut durer plus ou moins longtemps selon le volume d&rsquo;information re\u00e7u et surtout l&rsquo;ampleur du choc constitu\u00e9 par la nouvelle.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>3. COL\u00c8RE<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sortie du d\u00e9ni, la personne fait face \u00e0 la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 qu\u2019elle ne peut accepter. Un sentiment d\u2019injustice, une col\u00e8re, souvent une recherche du responsable de son inconfort (dans une posture de victime).<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>ex<\/strong> <\/span><\/em><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>: \u00ab Ils l\u2019ont pouss\u00e9 \u00e0 partir, ils sont all\u00e9s trop loin \u00bb, ou \u00ab Il nous abandonne, il n\u2019a pas le droit. \u00bb<\/em><br \/><\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La col\u00e8re est souvent accompagn\u00e9e, voire pr\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9e, de la peur. Les personnes, en particulier, chez qui l&rsquo;expression de la peur est refoul\u00e9e par l&rsquo;\u00e9ducation, transforment leur peur en col\u00e8re.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><b>4.PEUR<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La col\u00e8re \u00e9tait encore une mani\u00e8re de ne pas affronter la r\u00e9alit\u00e9. Cette \u00e9tape pass\u00e9e, c\u2019est la peur qui se manifeste face \u00e0 la situation pr\u00e9sente et future : peur de l\u2019inconnu, peur de l\u2019inconfort, peur de difficult\u00e9s nouvelles, peur de ne<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">pas \u00eatre \u00e0 la hauteur etc. P\u00e9riode de stress et de grande anxi\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ex : \u00ab Mais comment on va faire sans lui ? Et s\u2019ils ne le remplacent pas <\/span><\/i><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">rapidement ? Cr\u00e9er des espaces d\u2019\u00e9change, de partage, formels et informels.<br \/>Si on veut que les personnes enclenchent leur processus d\u2019adaptation, <span style=\"color: #e02b20;\"><strong>ce dont elles ont besoin c\u2019est avant tout d\u2019informations :\u00a0quoi, quand, o\u00f9, combien de personnes concern\u00e9es ? Quelles sont les grandes \u00e9ch\u00e9ances ?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #012a7a;\"><strong>CE QU\u2019IL CONVIENT D&rsquo;\u00c9VITER<\/strong><\/span><br \/>Minimiser le changement, \u00ab\u00a0promettre le paradis\u00a0\u00bb.<br \/>Laisser les rumeurs prendre le dessus.<br \/>Couper court \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9motionnel.<br \/>A ce stade trop de responsables cherchent \u00e0 rassurer, pensant s\u2019\u00e9viter la gestion \u00e9motionnelle du processus du deuil. Regrets et nostalgie<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ex : la personnalit\u00e9 du directeur commercial, ses m\u00e9thodes de travail, sa vision ; les habitudes de l\u2019\u00e9quipe autour de lui ; l\u2019aboutissement d\u2019ann\u00e9es de collaboration\u2026<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Une \u00e9tape d\u00e9cisive mais d\u00e9licate en entreprise : la tristesse peut y prendre la forme de l\u2019abattement, du d\u00e9couragement, de la nostalgie. Elle croit progressivement jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la \u00ab d\u00e9pression \u00bb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cette phase est caract\u00e9ris\u00e9e par une \u00e9nergie basse, un d\u00e9sengagement, un retrait, \u00e0 l&rsquo;image de l&rsquo;animal bless\u00e9 qui se retire le temps de recouvrer la sant\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Paradoxe de cette \u00e9tape : elle donne l\u2019impression d\u2019aller vers le pire, alors qu\u2019elle cl\u00f4t la descente et m\u00e8ne au renouveau.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">C\u2019est l\u2019\u00e9tape de transition vers la phase ascendante.
